As I was reading news about bollard covers I came to realization that bollards are dangerous! Do businesses need bollards? Yep. Do they control traffic? Yep. The dangerous part is when people smash their speeding car into bollards. Are ya kidding? Bollards are used to help prevent damage to a business or building, help manage traffic, foot and vehicle and well to help the appearance of the outside of a business.
